How to be seen

Three ways to arrange your review

Call or book directly

If you are paying for yourself, contact Mr Chan’s secretary and we will arrange a review.

From A&E, an urgent care centre or your GP

Ask them to refer you, or bring your discharge letter and X-rays with you.

Through your insurer

Check your policy and ask your insurer for an authorisation code before your visit.

Do I need to go to A&E first?

If you have a serious injury, an open wound, severe deformity or you cannot feel your foot, go to A&E or call 999 straight away. For a suspected fracture that has already been checked, you can be seen in the fracture clinic.
